Undocumented immigrants (any person not a US citizen within US borders or territories without official governmental permits like Visas and greencards) should not have legal access to any and all benefits and/or opportunities that are in any way subsidized (supported by any form of the US government) from sources of citizen taxes. However, at least until further solutions regarding the political issues of undocumented immigrants can be implemented, they should still be allowed any and all benefits and/or opportunities that are from private institutions (like private schools and non-subsidized charities).
