Personally, I didn’t sober up, turn my life around, and become a productive tax paying citizen so my money could continue to be used for drugs, just by someone that isn’t me.

The homeless don’t get $695 GA checks and you know that. The real question is “do you want to kick people who are barely scraping by out onto the street?”
