This question needs to be reworded. Not all Veterans receive healthcare from the VA. Many that are not fully disabled or retired go on to other jobs which give them the opportunity to use other healthcare options. Also, there had been some changes to Vets being allowed to choose their primary care doctor. Is this question regarding sole reliance on VA health benefits?

They should have the choice to receive healthcare in either form, private or government.

 @8NMTXR9Republican from Missouri answered…4yrs4Y

I think veterans' should get lowered or free healthcare just because of what they did for our county.

 @sophlaneProgressive  from California disagreed…3yrs3Y

Why not make healthcare free for all Americans and not just veterans? See I get your reasoning for why they should get free healthcare, but every single working American, rich or poor, help create this country together. If free universal healthcare was implemented, this would not have to be a large problem.

More, they should be allowed to see any doctor of their choice, and we should increase funding to improve the system we have.

Neither. Increase the funding for government veteran healthcare systems but also allow private organizations to continue their practice.

 @9M3KVCG from Florida answered…5 days5D

I think we must really improve the VA efficiency and quality, and focus more on the veterans then only on the business.

 @9M2XM6X from Pennsylvania answered…6 days6D

Veterans should be able to choose any private option they want to, but the current system also needs to increase funding.

 @9M2CVN4  from Texas answered…6 days6D

The decision on whether there should be more or less privatization of veterans' healthcare depends on various factors.

Unless the person is an ACTIVE member of the military, the government should not be involved in healthcare.
